Hello and welcome! I’m a Health and Wellness Coach and a Holistic Nutrition Consultant.
I started making healthy changes since 2011. Prior to that, I had little knowledge about how powerful a healthy lifestyle can be. I started with Yoga and meditation practice; later, I added nutrition and fitness walking. My overall health improved significantly, I lost some weight, and most of my bodily discomforts became less noticeable or disappeared. I'm excited to meet you on your health journey and support your desire for health improvement.

Science reported that whole food, plant-based diets can help to improve many chronic conditions. Lifestyle choices can influence the risk of chronic disease. Whole-food based diets and health-promoting lifestyle are linked to better overall health and wellbeing and can improve weight, energy level, physical and mental performance, mood, memory, and perceived quality of life.

Experience:

I've been working mostly with adults, in a private or corporate setting, desiring to improve their overall health, nutrition, biometrics and weight.  Behavioral change can be challenging. I support clients with their health and wellness vision and decisions to take the baby steps toward healthier choices that feel right and doable to them. Also, I worked with parents who wanted to help their children to improve their nutrition and lifestyle options.
I partner with clients who seek to enhance their well-being through self-directed, lasting changes aligned with their values. I display an unconditional positive, respectful, and non-judgmental regard for the clients, believe in their capacity for change, and honor each client as an expert of their own life.
